Here's what C.A.R.E.’s Life Coaching offers you:

  • As your personal life Coach, we'll educated you to understand
    how to live your with your co-occurring disorder
  • We’ll help you create a design for living that really works
    to achieve those things that you want to accomplish.
  • We'll work with you to develop ways to overcome barriers
    or road blocks that stand in your way towards success
  • Establish a committed partnership with you and your loved ones throughout your journey.
  • We work with you to maintain your independence within the community, while decreasing visits back into institutions.
